Application procedure
- All participants including invited speakers and committee members must register to provide us with the necessary details by Mon, April 13, 2026.
- Register by creating your account and submitting your abstract (200 words maximum). You can modify your submission before Mon, April 13, 2026.
- Notification of acceptance together with details about the payment process will be sent via e-mail by Wed, April 29, 2026.
- The program will consist of invited and contributed oral presentations, and posters. The contributed oral presentations will be selected on the basis of the submitted abstracts. The participants will be informed of their format of presentation by Mon, June 8, 2026.
Payment
The registration fees covering conference participation, full board accomodation (3 days and 2 nights, from 25th to 27th of August 2026) and conference dinner are the following:

The registration will be effective only after the payment of the registration fee by bank transfer by Wed, July 1, 2026. The details of the bank account for the transfer will be sent via e-mail to the successful applicants. No reimbursement will be made after this date.
Accompanying person
The full board accomodations (3 days and 2 nights, from 25th to 27th of August 2026) for non-participant accompanying persons are the following:
